Persons under the influence of alcohol or any type of drug cannot participate in the activities. Visitors are responsible for the use of the facilities and for any accident or injury that may occur during their stay. Some activities have medical and age restrictions (pregnant women, people with mobility issues, cardiovascular or respiratory conditions). Xichen Classic Tour: Not recommended for people with mobility restrictions, and wheelchair users must be accompanied. The use of safety equipment required in the cenote is mandatory, even if you know how to swim. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in any activities. Each visitor is responsible for the use of the facilities and for any accident or injury that may occur. Stay hydrated at all times. Climbing or touching archaeological structures is prohibited; otherwise, you may be fined by the authorities.   Xoximilco: Each trajinera has a maximum capacity of 3,000 kg (approximately 20 people). Children’s Conditions Children must be supervised by their parents or an accompanying adult at all times. Cameras and Professional Equipment In Chichen Itza, the use of drones, tripods, or professional filming equipment requires a permit. Participants are responsible for their devices and cameras.
